For TWO whole weeks, I ended up listening to Pink Floyd’s Another Brick in the Wall, pt. 2 on repeat (Yes, that’s how good it is)
So, I decided, rather than sit on a train with my airpods blasting this song, I wanted to bring life and meaning to the song. After all, there is something powerful about the message embedded in the lyrics; about the kids who are stuck in the endless cycle of militant teachers and a boring school education.
The main chorus reinforces Nike’s core message of ‘Just Do It’, so why not design a short concept campaign where the two brands collaborate.
This is where I came up with this campaign’s core message of “Break The Wall, Play Your Way”, as a message to younger audience to break the norms of a radical education system, that sucks the life out of their creativity.
